Course Overview:

Let’s embark on a summer writing adventure together! Through fun, engaging lessons and a variety of writing assignments, students will enhance their fluency skills, from pre-writing to publishing. To convey meaning in their written works, students will develop their grammar, usage, and mechanics skills. Vocabulary development is expanded and incorporated into their written pieces.

Students will strengthen their knowledge and application of various writing strategies to enable them to display a sophisticated personal writing portfolio. Students will routinely visit the library, have access to borrowing books throughout the summer session, and set time for independent silent reading. This will provide an opportunity for them to explore authors and genres that will inspire both reading and writing skills.

Tuition:	$1,250

Additional Information:

For families enrolling more than one child in Summer School Classes, each child will receive a $100 reduction.

Elementary/Enrichment courses are offered for non-credit only. Grades are not reported on report cards or shared with schools.

For safety reasons, our classes cannot accommodate students who are new to, or visiting the country and cannot speak or understand the English language.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend any class for any reason, including, but not limited to low enrollment in a session. These decisions will be made at least 2 weeks before the start of the session and you will be notified via the email address on the registering account.
