We have established a partnership with 6Seconds, The Emotional Intelligence Network and OESIS, The Leading Network in Innovation in K-12 schools.

6Seconds is a community of changemakers contributing to a world of insight, connection, and purpose.  Our professional development learning modules were created in conjunction with OESIS.

Our 6Seconds and OESIS collaboration is two-fold: it is structured to promote and support civil discourse on our campus and provide continuous learning opportunities for our school community.

Professional Development Design + Roll-Out

This year’s professional development focus is on Social- Emotional Learning. Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is the process of developing the self-awareness, self-control, and interpersonal skills that are vital for school, work, and life success. We began this work during our Fall orientation and through a series of customized modules the conversation and work will continue into topics of culturally responsive teaching throughout the school year.
