Prep Camp

Camp Overview:

This camp is for 5th to 8th grade only. A full week of intensive, motivating and challenging training to prepare players for the Middle School Season! Stay sharp with your technique with pressurized technical training and develop a higher level of tactical understanding through a unique combination of functional / tactical training and video performance analysis. The camp also incorporates soccer-specific conditioning and speed-agility work, to ensure players are at optimal physical condition at the end of the week.
